Shipping Policy

Free & Flat Rate Shipping Most of our gear ships for free! Some items, due to their size or special handling, come with a standard Flat Rate Shipping fee, calculated based on nationwide averages. Check product descriptions for the "Free Shipping" label. If you think you might qualify for a better rate, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Order Confirmation Once you place your order, you’ll receive an immediate email confirmation. This confirms we’ve got your order and have pre-authorized your payment. We promptly verify inventory to ensure your item is in stock and ready to ship. If there’s any delay due to backorder, we’ll halt the charge and get in touch to sort out alternatives.

Shipping Your Order If your item is in stock, we charge your card and prepare your order for shipment within 4 days—often sooner. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours after your order departs our warehouse. If you haven’t heard from us within four business days post-order, please reach out at support@garageguysdirect.com.

How We Ship Lighter orders (under 150lbs) typically ship via standard parcel services. Heavier or bulkier orders may ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping, or even a dedicated truckload for extra large orders.

International Orders Our products are designed for the U.S. market and operate on a 110V system. While not certified for international electrical standards, they meet all U.S. regulations. We’re happy to ship internationally and will provide a custom shipping quote upon request. If you agree with the quote, we’ll secure your payment through our online gateway and get your order on its way.

Damages and Issues Upon delivery, please inspect your order. Any damage should be noted right away when signing for delivery.
