Here’s How It Works:
Initiate a Return: Within 30 days of receiving your order, shoot us an email at support@garageguysdirect.com with your order number. We’ll get you all set up with return instructions.
Ship It Back: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Pack up the item the same way it arrived—keep it in "Like New" condition, with all the original packaging and accessories.
"Like New" Condition: The items shouldn’t show any signs of wear. We can’t accept returns on tools that have been used or items that show visible wear.
Damage or Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right when you sign for delivery. Send us photos on the day you receive it at support@garageguysdirect.com, and we’ll handle the return shipping cost.
Processing Your Return: Once we receive and check your return at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund.
Exceptions to Note:
- Damaged Use: Items that get damaged after use are generally not refundable, unless covered by warranty.
- Cancellations: Want to cancel your order? Contact us immediately to avoid shipping charges. Cancellations before shipment get a full refund. After shipment, they fall under our 30-day return rule.
- Special Conditions: Certain products or vendors might have specific return rules, which we’ll clearly note in the product descriptions.
Unreturnable Items:
- Temporary Use: Products bought for one-time or temporary use, like for trade shows or events, cannot be returned.
- Pre-Owned or Used: Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for returns.
